GTA IV FATAL ERROR: DD3D50 and GTA IV working crack

Recently I've downloaded GTA IV and completed everything from installation to game launch.
But in the end, I got GTA IV FATAL ERROR: DD3D50.

I downloaded the GTA patch from GTA official site & reinstalled the game.
I was not so lucky again. Still my GTA IV crashed with the same error message.

Possible Reasons:
Incompatible video controller.

GTA IV doesn't work on Intel GMA 3100 controller. It is because the onBoard video memory Intel GMA 3100 is 128mb-256mb (total shared memory of Intel GMA 3100-128mb onboard controller on 2GB RAM would be around 286-300mb). The other reason in GMA 3100 onboard controller doesn't support Pixel shader 3.0 technology.

*I didn't find any working patch for this.
I am not posting the GTA IV links because almost al of them are removed/dead.

If you have a 256 MB+ GPU which supports pixel shader 3.0, just don't wait and buy GTA IV or download it from torrent.
Torrent downloaders, use this GTA IV serial crack/ GTA IV fake launcher to launch game.

Instructions:
1. DO A CLEAN INSTALL
(Use original files only, do not replace any file with any other crack)
2. Replace LaunchGTAIV.exe with provided launcher
(Backup your original LaunchGTAIV.exe)
3. Run GTA IV from Rockstar Games Social Club (RGSC)
